AIP Publishing announced they joined OA Switchboard, a shared community infrastructure that enables standardized exchange of open access publication metadata between publishers, institutions, and funders.

Through this participation, AIP Publishing will provide publication metadata via OA Switchboard, including author affiliation, funder information, and licensing. AIP Publishing’s integration will support institutions participating in its open access models, including AIP Fusion, by enabling standardized delivery of publication data to track covered publishing activity.
