In alignment with its commitment to Open Access and cooperation as the keys to the success of Finnish research and learning, FinELib has signed a multi-year membership agreement with OA Switchboard – a central metadata hub.

“If OA Switchboard did not exist, it would have to be invented. Luckily, OA Switchboard does exist, and we are pleased to partner with it, in line with our commitment to Open Access and to delivering value to our members. We are confident that the data and automated reporting provided via the OA Switchboard will help our members streamline their analysis and workflows”, says Timo Vilén, Licencing Manager.

FinELib subscribes to OA Switchboard on behalf of all member institutions to provide them with the opportunity to use the service without incurring any extra fees.
