OA Switchboard released iteration 2023/#2, which is all about usability improvements. Community representation, involvement and input into product/service development has been central to the way we have developed the OA Switchboard, and this iteration is a great testament to that.

Included in iteration 2023/#2, and available for users with an account:

• A new Excel report format, that provides the granularity of the underlying JSON, but easier for the human eye to process

• The limit on number of messages that can be exported (previously 1,000 max.) is removed, via a new two-step export process
